Room was spacious and clean, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Location is also not bad, just next to the bts.

Other than the room/furniture look kinda old, everything else was fine.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Starting by the service of the people at the door that came to us with towels and umbrellas because the taxi driver would refuse to leave as the door and it was pouring.Then the room was an absolute dream. They had the best gym I ever saw in a hotel.And oh the breakfast I still dream about it.Thank you soooo much for everything can't wait to come back

Some small touches might affect the reputation. Like washing hand soap has finished, while the cleaner did not refill it without any reason.

A really great hotel in a very central part of town, next to the BTS. Beautiful spa, amazing gym, great pool, lovely restaurants, nice and comfortable rooms

Superb location and amenities. Comfy beds, huge bathroom and a decent size room. Excellent choices inhouse for dining especially the breakfast, and close to many other great restaurants and bars. BRT station is an easy walk and hotel staff were super helpful and friendly.

Some wooden floor areas in the room are noisy and need attention. Glass doors in the bathroom were heavy and difficult to open. It was annoying to be woken during the night by the bright flashing lights on the ceiling mounted router.

Large room, clean, friendly staff, great location

Only one international restaurant available but having noisy music in the evening. The second one was Japanese but its smell was intolerable (fishy).

Nice hotel lobby with great staffs . 5mins walk to Train station which just 2 stops to Siam Paragon.

Noticed that there was a gap at hotel room door which can see in from the sides Booked a double room and my bed frame was squeaky . Room central Aircon control was faulty and always set to lowest temp. The noise insulation from toilet was bad , i could actually hear what upstairs and downstairs were talking. Pics from booking app doesnt match the photos as the toilet interior seems dated

location very convenient only few stops walk to the BTS, and to the Siam paragon shopping centre. The cleaner Golf she clean my room everyday make my room clean and leave many bottles drinking water. The Benz at the front he has give me the information how do catch the train to the airport, He's very helpful. I will book the same hotel again next I back to bangkok.

Perfect location opposite a BTS station, big room and huge bathroom, nice view on the city line, the pool is cozy, the food is great. Fine cuisine. I recommend it

Location was good.

There’s a clear lack of management. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing or how to answer the simplest inquiries. Room service was non existent. They couldn’t even understand a single request in English. For example, we ordered a pot of coffee for two with hot milk on the side. We received a paper cup half full with coffee. We called to ask again and a woman came to the door with four coffee creamers. We called again and received two empty paper coffee cups with a small cup of cold milk. At that point we gave up.The price is unacceptable in respect to the service you would expect to receive from a five star hotel. There is no turn down service. We had breakfast on arriving on an early flight while waiting for our room to be prepared. We paid for breakfast for the entirety of our three day stay and never ended up having breakfast once apart from the morning we arrived. They then wanted to charge for that breakfast as well. Basically not worth it.

The location is great.

They aircon in our family suite was spoilt, it was uncomfortable to sleep the first night. Technicians came to try fixing it to no avail. The next day, it started leaking badly and they had to move us.The hotel didn't quite compensate this trouble except for making an exception for a late check out. It was an unpleasant experience especially with a toddler in tow.

Upscale hotel, close to Siam square, the lobby is a master class of brilliant bakery, live piano and fresh flowers smell. I really loved it. The rooms are almost resort size with spacious bathroom.

Nothing really, if there’s something to improve is the finishing of wiring between the bed and the bed side table.
